Weight Loss with Green TeaWhile most people wouldn’t think drinking green tea or taking a green tea supplement could lead to weight loss, it can!  Green tea contains powerful antioxidants which can do wonders for people who are overweight or people who are just looking to lose a few pounds.  The antioxidants in green tea oxidize the fat cells in the body and move them into the bloodstream, which, over time, translates into weight loss.  Taken as an antioxidant supplement, green tea is quite effective.  In fact, drinking a cup of green tea in the morning can be compared to the equivalent of burning 60-70 calories!  There’s few substances chemical or natural that can make that kind of statement.  But the best part about green tea is that it’s all natural, and working in tandem with diet and exercise it can have amazing results. 

You can find green tea, green tea extract, and green tea antioxidant supplements at most retailers that sell vitamins and online stores.  For people who don’t like drinking tea, taking a green tea supplement makes weight loss a cinch!
