Lose Weight 

It is easy to find out if you need to lose weight

  1. Use a BMI (Body Mass Index) Chart. 
  2. Weigh and measure yourself.
  3. Find out from the BMI (Body Mass Index) chart if you have a healthy body weight, if you are overweight or if you are obese.  Then take action accordingly.
